CHIMI TUNA OR SALMON BURGERS
- 2 6 oz. tuna or salmon steaks finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Che Garcia Chimichurri
- 1 tablespoon butter or vegetable oil or canola oil
- 1 tablespoon Che Garcia Chimichurri Mayonnaise
Let’s start cooking:
Form patties like you would any burger.
Coat the burgers with Che Garcia Chimichurri and sprinkle with salt.
Cook burgers in a preheated cast iron skillet on medium heat for 2 minutes each side.
Serve on your favorite bun with lettuce, avocado, tomato and Che Garcia Chimichurri Mayonnaise.
